I have an active subscription but it’s not recognized
If you’ve subscribed but Captiono still shows Pro features as locked, Restore Purchase fixes this almost every time. Here’s how:

Tap Restore Purchase
Go to Settings → Subscription → Restore Purchase and tap Restore Purchase. This links your existing subscription to the account you’re signed in with. -
Make sure you’re using the same Apple ID or Google account you paid with
Your subscription is tied to the store account you purchased with — your Apple ID on iPhone, or your Google account on Android — not to the email you log into Captiono with. If you’ve switched store accounts, switch back to the one you bought with and tap Restore again. -
Check your connection and restart the app
Sometimes the subscription just hasn’t synced yet. With a stable connection, fully close Captiono and reopen it. -
