How to cancel your subscription?

How to cancel your subscription

You can cancel your Captiono subscription anytime. Since all subscriptions are managed by the App Store or Google Play, you’ll cancel through your store settings — not inside Captiono.

📱 On iPhone (App Store)

  • 1 Open Settings and tap your name at the top
  • 2 Tap Subscriptions
  • 3 Tap Captiono
  • 4 Tap Cancel Subscription

🤖 On Android (Google Play)

  • 1 Open the Google Play Store
  • 2 Tap your profile icon (top right) → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions
  • 3 Tap Captiono
  • 4 Tap Cancel subscription

✅ Good to know

  • You’ll keep access to Pro until the end of your current billing period — cancelling doesn’t cut you off immediately.
  • Cancelling stops future renewals but doesn’t refund the current period (see “Refunds”).
  • Changed your mind? You can resubscribe anytime from the app.
