I have an active subscription but it’s not recognized

If you’ve subscribed but Captiono still shows Pro features as locked, Restore Purchase fixes this almost every time. Here’s how:

  1. Tap Restore Purchase
    Go to Settings → Subscription → Restore Purchase and tap Restore Purchase. This links your existing subscription to the account you’re signed in with.
  2. Make sure you’re using the same Apple ID or Google account you paid with
    Your subscription is tied to the store account you purchased with — your Apple ID on iPhone, or your Google account on Android — not to the email you log into Captiono with. If you’ve switched store accounts, switch back to the one you bought with and tap Restore again.
  3. Check your connection and restart the app
    Sometimes the subscription just hasn’t synced yet. With a stable connection, fully close Captiono and reopen it.
  4. Still not working?

    • The email you log into Captiono with
    • Your purchase receipt from the App Store or Google Play
